A folder per course. A finish rate per lesson.
Structure training the way you teach it, give learners a player that helps them focus, and see which lessons people actually finish.

01 · Curriculum
Organize the whole curriculum, then measure it.
Nested folders mirror your courses and modules. Search the library, move lessons in bulk as courses grow, and filter analytics by folder to review a course as a whole.
Playback metrics describe viewing. They don’t identify named learners.

Unlock the quiz when the lesson ends.
Listen for the ended event and turn on your page’s next step. It’s a browser interaction, not proof of who watched or passed.
03 · Captions
Fix a term without re-uploading.
SRT and VTT tracks in any language, edited with version checks. Download them again when your training material changes.
04 · ChaptersMarina + Fleet
Let learners jump to the part they need.
Chapters show as markers on the seek bar. Draft them from a ready transcript on lessons of 90 seconds or more, or add them at the playhead by hand.
05 · Access
Keep lessons on your learning site.
Allowed-site rules per workspace or per lesson, with blocked attempts reported. Add public, unlisted, private or password sharing as needed.
Can instructors edit captions after upload?
Yes. Playflow supports SRT and VTT tracks, transcript editing with version checks, language tracks, downloads, and deletion. This lets a team correct terminology without replacing the video.
When can Playflow generate lesson chapters with AI?
AI chapter drafting is available on Marina and Fleet when the lesson has a ready transcript and runs for at least 90 seconds. Teams can review and edit the result, or maintain chapters manually.
Can education teams see where learners stop watching?
Engagement, watch time, and completion reporting show how a lesson is consumed. Reports can be filtered by video, folder, or workspace, but do not identify learners by name. Named-viewer attribution is possible only through Player JavaScript API events sent to your LMS or analytics for signed-in users under your own consent policy.
Can lessons be limited to an approved learning site?
Yes. Allowed-site rules can be set for a workspace or an individual video, and blocked-play attempts are reported. Public, unlisted, private, and eligible password-protected sharing provide separate access choices.
Can learners pick up where they left off?
Yes, with a few lines of Player JavaScript API code: save the position on timeupdate and seek back to it when the player is ready.
Can we decide what counts as finishing a lesson?
Yes. Set the completion threshold at 50, 75, 90 or 100 percent, and use the engagement curve to see which parts learners rewatch.
