How migration worksWhen do plan changes take effect?
Upgrades and switching from monthly to annual start right away, prorated. Downgrades and moves from annual to monthly start at the end of your current term, with nothing charged until then.
Can I use a promotion code?
Yes, enter it at checkout. If our team has already set up a discount for your workspace, it is applied automatically instead. Discounts show on your subscription in Settings.
What is included in the Playflow trial?
The trial lasts 14 days and does not require a card. It is limited to 5 GB of storage, 2 users, 10 videos, and 1 GiB per uploaded file. During the active trial, the Playflow watermark is optional in player settings. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the chosen plan (Marina by default) and you have 14 days to add a payment method. Without one, the workspace becomes read-only. If it stays unpaid, playback pauses and content may later be deleted, with emails before each step. After the trial ends, the Playflow watermark appears on every video until a paid subscription is active and cannot be turned off.
Is the Player JavaScript API available on every plan?
Yes. The Player JavaScript API is available on every plan, including the trial. It is a property of the embed itself and is not gated by API keys or plan eligibility.
Can my videos play in 4K?
Yes. With the 4K add-on on Marina or Fleet, new uploads are encoded up to 3840 × 2160 at up to 60 frames per second, and the player steps up to 4K when a viewer's screen and connection can use it. Every plan streams in up to 1080p. Talk to sales to add 4K to your workspace.
Which plans include AI transcripts and chapters?
AI transcription and chapters are available on Marina and Fleet. AI usage is metered in monthly minutes. An AI chapter draft also needs a ready transcript and a video that is at least 90 seconds long.
Can I use my own domain for Playflow videos?
Custom domains are available on Fleet and are set up with our team on request. Talk to sales to arrange setup.
