Town halls, leadership notes and sensitive changes, each with the visibility it needs, managed by the people you trust with it.

01 · Roles
Decide who can do what.
Let comms leads edit and organize while everyone else can only view the library. Start from Owners, Editors and Viewers, or build custom groups from 12 permissions on Marina and Fleet. Playflow won’t let anyone remove the last admin.

02 · Action history
Know who changed what, and when.
Every recorded change sits in one searchable, filterable history with its own export. It stays separate from playback analytics, which measure viewing.
Changes made through the assistant follow each person’s role and appear in this same history. Read the assistant docs.
03 · Intranet only
Embeds that play on company sites only.
Allowed-site rules keep embedded updates on your intranet and approved tools.
04 · Team plays
Reach, without the guesswork.
Plays, watch time and completion with team plays handled separately. On a signed-in intranet, the Player API can log views against each employee in your own systems.
05 · Captions
Every office, every language.
Upload caption tracks per language so people can follow along at their desk with the sound off.
Can internal videos be kept out of public listings?
Yes. Teams can choose public, unlisted, or private visibility. Marina and Fleet can add password protection, while allowed-site rules can restrict embeds to approved company websites.
Can administrators control who manages internal video?
Workspaces support member invitations, seats, roles, and permission enforcement. Custom permission groups are available on Marina and Fleet rather than Harbor.
Does Playflow keep a history of workspace actions?
Yes. Workspace audit history records administrative activity and has export surfaces. It serves a different purpose from playback analytics, which measure viewing behavior.
Can internal teams tell employee viewing from other plays?
Analytics includes team-play handling alongside plays, watch time, completion, engagement, and sources. For per-employee tracking, embed on a signed-in intranet. Named-viewer attribution happens only through Player JavaScript API events sent to your own systems under your consent policy; built-in reports do not identify employees by name.
Will a town hall link keep working during a busy moment?
Eligible already-published videos play from our CDN independently of the app. Password unlocks and other app-dependent actions still require the app.
Does Playflow respect employee privacy settings?
Yes. Do Not Track is honored, analytics can be turned off per embed, and geography is reported without storing IP addresses.
