Ship the launch video where the campaign lives.

An on-brand player on the landing page, an unlisted preview link for sales, and a clear read on whether it’s working by Friday.

01 · Publishing

Put the video on the landing page, or send sales an unlisted link for an early look. Allowed-site rules keep it from playing anywhere you didn’t choose.

Anywhere else, viewers see a branded “can’t play here” card, and the attempt is counted. 37 blocked

02 · Measurement

Know by Friday if it’s landing.

Plays, completion, sources and geography for every campaign video, with the previous period alongside. Blocked attempts are counted separately so they never inflate the numbers.

Ask in plain language which campaign video finished best this week, from Playflow or a connected assistant. Read the assistant docs.

03 · Captions

Easier to follow, sound on or off.

Upload captions on any plan. On Marina and Fleet, generate transcripts within your monthly minutes, then draft chapters for videos of 90 seconds or more.

The hull is one piece, so there is nothing to leak.

05 · Player APIEvery plan + trial

Video engagement in your own stack.

Send play, timeupdate and ended events to your analytics or marketing automation, so video sits next to the lead data you already collect, under your consent policy.

Common questions

Campaign questions, answered.

Something else? Ask the team or read the docs.

Can marketing teams match the player to a campaign?

Yes. Teams can set workspace player colors and brand assets, then override them for an individual video. Website brand discovery can suggest colors and a temporary logo preview, but that preview is not automatically saved as an uploaded asset.

What does Playflow measure for campaign videos?

Playflow reports plays, watch time, completion, engagement, traffic sources, geography, and blocked playback attempts. Built-in reports do not name viewers. Named-viewer attribution is possible only through the Player JavaScript API, sending events to your own analytics or marketing automation under your own consent policy.

Can a campaign video link from its logo or watermark?

Yes. Logo and watermark assets can each have a destination URL with tracking and referrer controls. During an active trial, the owner can choose whether to show the Playflow watermark. After the trial ends, it is required until effective paid access is active, including an operator-managed paid assignment.

Will autoplay always start with sound?

No. Playflow supports autoplay settings, including muted and sound preferences, but browsers can block autoplay with sound. The player also supports loop, captions, speed, quality, fullscreen, and picture-in-picture where the browser allows them.

Do shared links preview well on social and in search?

Yes. Hosted watch pages include Open Graph and Twitter player cards, VideoObject structured data and oEmbed, so links unfurl with a poster and title.

Can the page react to the video, like showing an offer at 1:30?

Yes. The Player JavaScript API sends timeupdate events up to four times a second, so your page can reveal a CTA at any moment in the video.
