Which plan do I need to migrate?

Migration workflows run on Fleet. Adilo imports are self-serve once connected. Wistia and Vimeo moves are sales-managed add-ons. Talk to sales about a full library move.

What happens to duplicates?

Adilo imports skip videos that already exist in the workspace, so re-running an import will not create extra copies.

Do captions come across?

Adilo captions are imported with the media where available, and earlier imports can be backfilled separately. A caption failure never fails the media import. Talk to sales about other source libraries.

Will my folder structure survive?

Folders are mapped when the source provides membership data. Where it does not, videos land in the workspace and can be moved in bulk. Talk to sales about source-specific mapping.

What happens if an Adilo caption fails to import?

Caption backfill runs separately and paces itself to avoid rate limits. Any video that fails gets its own reason, and a caption failure never fails the video import. Talk to sales if you need help.
