Ask sales to enable the Wistia import add-on for your workspace. An operator enables the add-on after the request is agreed. Workspace credentials are requested only after enablement, and the Playflow team coordinates the managed import with your workspace owner or admin.

What the managed import can carry
The managed import can carry the source original video quality when the Wistia API provides it, plus titles, descriptions, tags, and folder or project structure when the source API exposes reliable relationships.
Source API access and library shape determine what can be transferred. Sales will confirm scope for the workspace before credentials are requested.
How coordination works
- Send a sales request for the Wistia add-on.
- An operator enables the add-on for the workspace.
- The workspace owner or admin provides the requested Wistia credential through the enabled workspace integration.
- The Playflow team coordinates transfer scope and progress.
This is a managed service. The Playflow team runs the transfer after coordination; there is no autonomous customer-run import workflow.
