Plan availability

Trial provides 5 GB, Harbor 25 GB, Marina 500 GB, and Fleet 2 TB of decimal storage. Fleet includes master retention: it can archive a verified original to cold storage and restore it through a tracked background operation.

Storage warnings

At 80 and 90 percent, the shell shows a storage banner and sends an email to workspace managers. Each threshold crossing is warned once. Warnings can appear again after usage drops below the threshold and later crosses it.

Limits

Existing videos remain, but new uploads and archive requests are blocked when they would exceed the resolved storage or video limit.

Your storage indicator

The workspace sidebar shows used storage against your available storage. After a successful video deletion, the indicator refreshes without needing to navigate away. A failed deletion does not claim to have freed space.

Uploads, deletion and replacement

An admitted upload reserves its declared bytes. Completing the transfer settles the reservation but keeps the video’s logical storage charge. Deleting the video releases that charge once. If a file replacement changes the source size, the logical charge changes to the replacement’s size; the temporarily retained previous file is not charged again. Restoring a previous file adjusts the charge to that file’s size.

Usage is checked and corrected periodically, so a corrected total can appear on refresh. Quota usage is not a count of every encoded rendition or temporary retained object. Read about replacement and restore.
